The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, developing training materials, and conducting training sessions. The role includes assessing training needs, developing curricula, and delivering instructional content to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Qualifications Experience in Training & Development and Training Strong Communication skills Proficiency in Instructional Design Skills in Curriculum Development Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field Experience in the tech, real estate, manufacturing, or lifestyle industries is a plus
