Training and Development Specialist

As a Training and Development Coordinator at Kich Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars as per the training calendar. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and updating training records and databases. - Assisting in the development of training materials, manuals, and e-learning content. - Liaising with internal departments and external vendors for training logistics. - Monitoring attendance, feedback, and effectiveness of training programs. - Preparing reports on training activities, costs, and outcomes. - Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory training requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the Training & Development field. - Training & Development and instructional design experience. - Instructional design and curriculum development skills. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. - Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
