Job Summary:

End-to-End Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Training Management:

• Plan, organize, and execute training programs from start to finish.
• Handle end-to-end coordination, including candidate sourcing, enrollment, and scheduling.
• Maintain attendance, assessments, and training performance reports.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and learning paths.

Technical Training:

• Deliver sessions on core technical subjects such as programming, tools, or domain-related topics.
• Create and customize technical training materials and practice modules.
• Monitor participant progress and provide guidance to ensure concept clarity and skill enhancement.

Non-Technical / Soft Skills Training:

• Conduct sessions on communication skills, teamwork, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Groom candidates for professional behavior, interviews, and client interactions.
• Enhance learners confidence, presentation skills, and workplace readiness.

Evaluation & Reporting:

• Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to track progress.
• Prepare evaluation reports and suggest areas of improvement.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the training curriculum based on feedback and outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in both

  technical and non-technical

  training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle multiple batches and diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, LMS platforms, and presentation software.
