Roles and Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day technical support (Tier 1–2) to internal users for network, system, and connectivity issues Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs Managing and monitoring LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and IP address assignments Handle Windows Server and Active Directory–related tasks such as joining servers to domains, managing service accounts and access permissions, ensuring machines have resolvable FQDNs and manage SSL certificate installation, configuring and maintaining IIS, including port and SSL bindings, ensuring infrastructure has static IPs, is secure, and meets deployment preconditions, monitoring and enforcing network security best practices, assisting with setting up cloud environments, particularly Azure networking (VNETs, NSGs, peering, VPN Gateways), and so on. Role Overview: The Trainer / Training Content Creator will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs tailored to the unique needs of AIQ’s multidisciplinary teams. The scope includes onboarding modules, functional upskilling, and leadership development across both technical and non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities: Training Design & Delivery: Develop comprehensive training roadmaps aligned with team goals and company strategy. Conduct skill-gap analysis and create tailored learning interventions. Design and deliver live virtual/in-person training sessions on topics such as: Technical: GIS tools, Python, QGIS, remote sensing, AI/ML basics, version control, platform walkthroughs, product development lifecycle, etc. Non-Technical: Business communication, time management, team collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, workplace conduct, etc. Onboard new employees through structured induction training. Content Development: Create engaging multimedia learning content (slide decks, documentation, recorded video tutorials, interactive assessments).
