Role Description Develop and execute OEM business development strategy aligned with company goals Identify and convert new OEM opportunities while managing existing client accounts Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align offerings with OEM requirements Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and act as their primary point of contact Present product solutions to clients, including cross-sell and up-sell initiatives Negotiate and finalize beneficial agreements with OEM clients Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities Ensure timely collections as per company credit policies Work with internal teams for seamless execution Report regularly on sales performance and business development activities Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is a plus Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability in client handling with a strong customer focus Skilled in conflict management and resolution Self-motivated with a proactive and analytical mindset Show more Show less
