Job Title: Lead Trainer/FacilitatorNon Teaching Role Location: Christ University Higher Education Leadership Institute, Bangalore About Us: Christ University Higher Education Leadership Institute is dedicated to fostering leadership, collaboration, and innovation within the academic space We are seeking a skilled facilitator to lead impactful training sessions and workshops Job Summary: As the Lead Trainer/Facilitator, you will coordinate and conduct workshops, training programs, and group discussions, ensuring a productive learning environment that promotes creativity and actionable outcomes You will work closely with leadership to enhance training offerings and refine facilitation techniques Key Responsibilities: Training & Facilitation: Plan and conduct training sessions with clear objectives, materials, and organized content Lead workshops across the Institutes core leadership offerings, promoting active participation Continuously improve facilitation methods based on feedback Logistics & Coordination: Manage logistics including materials, technology, and venue arrangements Collaborate with leadership to develop new content and curriculum as needed Prepare and publish training calendars and coordinate with stakeholders Reporting & Evaluation: Track session progress, provide insights, and suggest improvements Offer follow-up support to participants for successful learning implementation Identify training opportunities within and outside the institution Qualifications & Skills: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, Communication, or related field 10-12 years of experience in facilitation, training, or related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and adaptability Preferred Skills: Certification in facilitation, training, or coaching Familiarity with adult learning principles and leadership training Competence in virtual training platforms and data analysis Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through our Career Site Please ensure to select the sub-category "Learning and Development" when submitting your application Show more Show less
