Teaching Associate

As a Teaching Associate at the Centre for Online Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting faculty members to deliver high-quality online education, engage with learners, and manage academic activities across various programs. This position is a fixed-term appointment for 24 months. Your responsibilities will include assisting faculty in conducting live sessions, webinars, and virtual lab activities. You will be required to respond promptly to learner queries through discussion forums and other communication channels. Additionally, you will support in creating teaching materials, assessments, quizzes, and instructional content. Evaluating assignments, projects, and quizzes based on rubrics and grading guidelines will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be responsible for uploading e-content, e-tutorials, and other learning materials onto the Learning Management System (LMS). To be eligible for this role, you should have a consistent good academic record and hold a postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline. The position is based at the Bangalore Central Campus of the institution.
