Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Balangir for a Teaching Associate. The role involves preparing and delivering engaging educational content within the assigned subject area, conducting research to contribute to academic advancement, guiding and mentoring students on their academic and professional development, and participating in departmental activities. The Teaching Associate will also evaluate student performance and assist in curriculum development to ensure high educational standards.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and collaborate with peers.
• Experience and expertise in Education and Teaching, with a passion for facilitating student learning.
• Proficiency in conducting Research and applying Analytical Skills to academic and professional challenges.
• Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to diverse learner needs and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; previous teaching or research experience is desirable.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive education environment and contributing to community development.
