Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer with a strong background in the BPO industry specifically. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, driving performance improvement, and supporting operational excellence by upskilling new and existing customer support representatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver training programs to support team. Conduct new hire and refresher training on communication skills, process knowledge, and customer service best practices. Evaluate trainees through assessments and provide feedback for improvement. Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to identify training needs and implement action plans. Maintain training records, track progress, and report training outcomes. Continuously update training content in alignment with process updates and client requirements. Drive engagement and motivation among trainees to ensure high retention and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a training role within the BPO sector . In-depth knowledge of customer service processes and metrics in BPO environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate diverse groups of learners. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible with work timings and adaptable to changing business needs.
