We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our Inbound Voice Process at our office located in IT Park, Dehradun . If you have good communication skills and are passionate about helping people, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to handle calls with confidence and professionalism Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and willingness to learn Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass / graduate Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
