Job Description

  • Role & responsibilities

  • Attend inbound calls

    received on the companys toll-free number related to C&D waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
  • Record details

    of each call, including citizens name, contact number, address, type of waste, quantity (if informed), and preferred pickup time.
  • Generate service requests / complaint tickets

    in the system and forward them to the concerned operational team
  • Provide accurate information

    to citizens about the C&D waste collection process, charges (if applicable), and disposal norms.
  • Follow up

    with operations teams to ensure timely collection and provide feedback updates to the citizens.
  • Maintain call logs and daily reports

    on the number of calls received, resolved, and pending.
  • Handle customer grievances

    politely and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
  • Support awareness campaigns

    by informing citizens about the importance of proper C&D waste disposal.
  • Ensure

    adherence to service quality standards

    and maintain a courteous, professional approach at all times.
