We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead with at least 1 year of experience in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service agents. Monitor daily operations and ensure team targets are met. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback. Maintain reports and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO as a trainer. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage team performance and meet KPIs. Flexible with shifts and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
