Role & responsibilities Attend inbound calls received on the companys toll-free number related to C&D waste collection, transportation, and disposal. Record details of each call, including citizens name, contact number, address, type of waste, quantity (if informed), and preferred pickup time. Generate service requests / complaint tickets in the system and forward them to the concerned operational team Provide accurate information to citizens about the C&D waste collection process, charges (if applicable), and disposal norms. Follow up with operations teams to ensure timely collection and provide feedback updates to the citizens. Maintain call logs and daily reports on the number of calls received, resolved, and pending. Handle customer grievances politely and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor. Support awareness campaigns by informing citizens about the importance of proper C&D waste disposal. Ensure adherence to service quality standards and maintain a courteous, professional approach at all times.
