Salary Package: ₹25,000-₹40,000 fixed

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and people-focused Trainer who can deliver insightful and engaging training sessions on natural hair wellness, product understanding, hair care routines, and mindful care practices. You will play a key role in educating individuals and groups, helping them transform their hair health through practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online and in-person training sessions on natural hair wellness, routines, and product usage.
• Prepare simple training materials, guides, and presentations.
• Answer participant questions and provide practical hair-care guidance.
• Track participant progress and gather feedback for session improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to update and enhance training content.
• Conduct training using Zoom, Google Meet, and other online platforms.
• Represent the brand professionally during workshops, webinars, and live sessions.
• Support community engagement through Q&A sessions or short tutorials.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching, or teaching (any field).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in hair care and natural wellness.
• Friendly, confident, and patient with learners.
• Comfortable using online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, etc. for training.
• Ability to use simple presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
• Prior experience in Ayurveda, beauty, wellness, or hair care is a bonus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
