Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1 - 2 years in Sales

Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary Package: ₹15k-20k fixed + incentives

Vacancies: 6 positions available

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

Build a strong pipeline using webinars, CRM data, and social platforms. Manage time effectively and prioritize high-value tasks.
Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Lead conversations and guide prospects toward enrollment decisions. Communicate confidently across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels. Learn and apply new sales techniques and scripts.
Collaborate with the team and share insights to improve offerings.
Understand our program deeply and communicate its value clearly. Build lasting client relationships and ensure a smooth enrollment journey.

Qualifications:

1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or telesales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High resilience, adaptability, and a coachable mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team.
Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
