Age Limit: 20-35

Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary Package: ₹12000-20000 fixed+ incentives

Vacancies: 6–7 positions available

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure timely support and resolution for all customers.
  • Guide customers through their program journey, ensuring they understand processes, schedules, and expectations.
  • Provide accurate information about our hair-regrowth program, addressing doubts and concerns patiently.
  • Build strong relationships by offering supportive, empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with sales, coaching, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Identify common customer challenges and share insights with the team for ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, exceptional service.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing urgent cases while ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels with clarity and professionalism.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond promptly and professionally.
  • Empathy and patience to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
