Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on automobile product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies. Conduct onboarding training for new sales executives and continuous development sessions for existing staff. Keep sales teams updated with the latest automobile models, features, technologies, and competitive market trends. Develop role-plays, simulations, and practical demonstrations to enhance customer handling and negotiation skills. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identify gaps, and provide personalized coaching to improve results. Collaborate with management to align training programs with organizational sales goals and objectives. Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and evaluation reports. Foster a culture of continuous learning and motivation within the sales team. Stay updated on industry best practices, new sales methodologies, and digital selling tools. Ensure sales staff adhere to compliance, ethics, and dealership standards during the sales process.
