Job Description

Job Summary:

Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
induction programs
for new hires and refreshers for existing employees.
Deliver
process training
related to domestic BPO campaigns (voice/non-voice).
Develop and update
training materials, SOPs, and assessments
as per process changes.
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, role-plays, and mock calls.
Provide
floor support
post-training to ensure smooth transition and adherence to process.
Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
Identify skill gaps and recommend interventions.
Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams for continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills in Hindi and English.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain trainee engagement.
Good understanding of
domestic BPO operations
(customer service, sales, collections, etc.)
Basic knowledge of
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum
13 years of experience
as a trainer in a Domestic BPO environment.
Experience in voice and non-voice processes preferred.
