Answer a large number of incoming calls and respond to customers & Vendors Provide service-related information to customers & Vendors Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Follow up customer & Vendor calls where necessary Handling complaints & Vendor support helpline To acknowledge and resolve customer & vendor issues Analyzing the process & giving the outcome for streamlining the process if required.
