Executive - Vendor Operations (Bike Taxi)

Red Taxi is gearing up to launch its brand-new Bike Taxi service. We are looking for a dynamic and committed Vendor Operations Executive to support and scale this new initiative. Key Responsibilities: Provide back end support for bike taxi operations, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders. Handle driver support through outbound calls, addressing queries and resolving operational issues. Monitor and control trip cancellations, taking necessary actions to minimize disruptions. Ensure fruitful operations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Track and confirm that bike taxis reach customer locations within specified timelines. Maintain daily oversight of trip volumes, day-wise commitments, and other key performance metrics. Job Specifications: Any Degree Strong verbal communication skills. 2+ years of experience in operations or back end support, preferably in a similar industry. Proven ability to work in dynamic, target-driven environments. Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in achieving daily operational goals. Willing to work at rotational shifts.
