Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Trainer who will primarily focus on chauffeur training while also

supporting other training initiatives, including call center, operations, and service quality programs. The Trainer will be

responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving engaging training experiences that build skill,

confidence, and service excellence across teams and branches.

Job specifications

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct chauffeur training programs covering onboarding, service protocol, app usage, and behavior

standards.

● Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions to reinforce Red Taxi’s service quality.

● Develop bilingual (Tamil & English) training modules, guides, and quick reference materials.

● Support call center and operations training through classroom and on-the-job sessions.

● Facilitate induction programs and assist in branch-level training rollouts.

● Evaluate training effectiveness through quizzes, role plays, and feedback.

● Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify and address performance gaps.

● Maintain training schedules, attendance, and reports with actionable insights.

● Contribute to employee engagement and motivation initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements:

● Education: Graduate in any discipline.

● Experience: Minimum 2 years in training or operations; prior experience in taxi, logistics, or call center industry

preferred.

● Languages: Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written).

● Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

● Willingness to travel across branches for training support.

● Self-driven with the ability to take ownership and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
