What You’ll Do

State and Federal client hiring

✅ Design and deliver training modules on:

• US Staffing Lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2C, W2).
• Understanding

  RFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring

  .
• VMS/MSP tools like

  Beeline, VectorVMS, Simplify, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, Vndly

  .
• Compliance processes (E-Verify, Background Checks, NDAs, etc.).
• US

  Tax Terms & Visa Types

  – W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD.

✅ Collaborate with Delivery & Account Managers to ensure training drives measurable results.

✅ Track performance metrics and create data-driven reports to measure progress.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in

  US Staffing

  , with at least 2+ years focused on

  training or leadership

  roles in

  State/Government staffing

  .
• Expertise in

  public-sector recruitment, compliance policies, and VMS/MSP environments

  .
• Strong command of

  ATS systems

  (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn) and major job boards.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to create engaging training materials and deliver impactful sessions (onsite & virtual).
