Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as On-the-Job Trainees in Housekeeping and F&B Service. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and feedback received.
Contribute to the overall success of the establishment through teamwork and dedication.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
