Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance/Accounting to support the Gift Card activities, Month-End close processes, Payroll accounting, and various reconciliations. The ideal candidate will serve as a backup to ensure smooth operations during peak periods or staff absences. Role Description: Gift Card Activities: Assist in processing, tracking, and reconciling gift card transactions. Ensure accurate reporting and resolve any discrepancies. Month-End Close: Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparing reports for management review. Payroll Accounting: Back up the payroll process by accounting and reconciling various Payroll accounts. Backup Support: Provide backup support for other finance-related tasks as needed, ensuring the continued flow of operations during peak times or when key team members are unavailable. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Experience with month-end close processes, payroll, and reconciliations. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in accounting software Fusion/Workday and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of gift card management or similar activities is a plus. Work Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Flexible working hours may be required during month-ends.
