Role Overview

Client Servicing Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; act as their main point of contact for ongoing campaigns.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, campaigns (ads, content, events) and ensure timely delivery of services as per the agreed scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (advertising, content, events) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events and deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, gather data and prepare regular reports for clients (lead generation metrics, ad performance, event attendance, content reach, etc.).
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services (e.g. new campaigns, content, events) to existing clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing client queries, feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support onboarding of new clients: help gather requirements, brief internal teams, and manage client expectations.
  • Maintain proper documentation: client briefs, campaign plans, timelines, feedback records, and post-campaign reports.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing (preferable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts — advertising, content marketing, events/webinars, lead generation.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities; ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable with numbers, data interpretation, reporting and performance tracking.
  • Client-oriented attitude: proactive, attentive, responsive to feedback and committed to delivering quality service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain clear communication.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines consistently.
