Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in New Delhi. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, fostering business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include addressing client inquiries, maintaining relationships, analyzing client needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The role also involves overseeing client projects, coordinating between internal teams, and maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Business Relationship Management, and Client Relations experience
• Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in New Delhi
• Relevant experience in B2B marketing or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
