Job Description

As a Client Services Executive at WNS, your role will involve managing client relationships, interacting with international clients, and ensuring smooth service delivery with a high level of professionalism. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client expectations, coordinate with internal teams for service delivery, track client satisfaction, prepare documentation and reports, and identify areas for improvements and value additions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, including international clients. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. - Understand client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. - Track client satisfaction and share periodic performance reports. - Prepare documentation, client updates, and activity reports. - Identify scope for improvements and value additions. Required Skills & Competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills for confident interaction with international clients. - Customer-focused and professional approach to client management. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Preference for candidates from Hotel Management background. Eligibility Criteria: - Graduate from any discipline (Hotel Management preferred). - Minimum 1+ years of experience in client servicing, customer management, or international client handling. - Must be comfortable working in a Day Shift at the Pune location.
