Client Services Executive

As a Client Service Executive, your role involves ensuring exceptional service for clients while supporting the business's sales goals. You will work directly with clients, oversee a team of Client Service Representatives, and develop client service strategies to boost sales and enhance client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to build relationships and meet their needs effectively. - Act as a bridge between clients" stakeholders and agency's stakeholders. - Write detailed brand briefs and campaign briefs for smooth execution. - Develop and implement client service protocols. - Handle complex client problems or disputes professionally. - Coach and support team members to achieve clients" goals. - Maintain records and documentation of client interactions. - Generate monthly and quarterly reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to anticipate client needs. - Strong analytical thinking skills with experience in Performance Marketing. - Proficient problem-solving abilities and sound judgement. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Innovative and creative thinking to enhance client experience. - Ability to speak a second language is considered an asset.,
