Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with followers on social platforms in a timely manner. Take organic measures to keep the audience engaged with us. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights) and provide weekly performance reports. Trend Research: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and assist with brainstorming new content ideas. Community Building: Help grow and engage our online community by promoting discussions, sharing user-generated content, and collaborating with influencers.
