Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Traffic Manager located in Gurugram. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily scheduling and coordination of freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and managing communication between shippers and carriers. The role will include tracking shipments in real-time, resolving any issues that arise during transit, optimizing routes, and maintaining detailed records. The Traffic Manager will also focus on improving operational efficiencies and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in logistics management or transportation industry Proficiency in using logistics software and real-time tracking tools Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in team management and leadership is a plus Show more Show less
