Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Traffic Manager, located in Belāpur. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily transportation operations, scheduling deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and arrival of goods, monitoring fleet performance, and maintaining communication between drivers and clients. The role requires managing logistics to maximize delivery efficiency, resolving transportation issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, and fleet management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work on-site in Belāpur
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
