Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage FTL (Full Truck Load) operations, including vehicle hiring, route planning, and tracking.
Oversee fleet management activities such as fleet operations, transportation, and trafficking.
Ensure efficient use of resources by optimizing routes and reducing costs through rate negotiations with vendors.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Monitor traffic conditions on highways and roads to minimize delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Traffic Management or related field.
Strong knowledge of FTL operations, fleet management, transportation, and trafficking.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data to optimize routes and reduce costs.
