Frequently field visit for developing relationships to increase the Business. 4. Make negotiations with your clients to maintain the margin of 4% at least in each transaction to RoadExpress. 5. Solve loading, unloading issue, detention charges, loading and unloading charge and POD remark if operation fails and not getting response from client. 6. Your Target will be of 1 CR monthly orders from your existing clients. 7. Gather feedback from clients to measure satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery. 8.Monitor the brokerage's share of the market compared to competitors, indicating success in gaining market traction and expanding influence. 9.Track the particular client transaction health and need to close by month end. and submit to the branch finance. 10.Responsible of Profit and Loss of the team and branch.
