Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Traffic Manager at our Kanpur location. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing transportation operations, ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling shipments, tracking and monitoring transit, liaising with carriers and partners, and managing logistics to optimize efficiency. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and coordinating with different departments to fulfill client requirements.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in logistics and transportation management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with logistics software and technology
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
