Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive market research, sales operations, and trade data analytics. The role involves identifying target demographics, analyzing market and campaign performance, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with key clients and market partners to achieve business growth. The candidate will also support data-driven decision-making by preparing actionable insights and sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify customer demographics, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards summarizing research findings, insights, and strategic recommendations for management.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans through detailed market analysis and consumer behavior insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and market partners to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Lead sales operations and manage regional territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing, sales, and customer service objectives.
  • Conduct trade data analysis to identify new business opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and forecast demand.
  • Monitor competitor trade activities and prepare benchmarking reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate sales administration activities such as order processing, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Implement strategies for territory expansion and channel development.
  • Support management in budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise sales coordinators and analysts to ensure high team performance.
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to enhance product positioning, market penetration, and customer acquisition.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and analytics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Excellent data interpretation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sales operations and regional market expansion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and business growth.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing Analytics, or Trade Data Analysis.
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, or B2B industries preferred.

Salary : Upto 25,000 to 35,000 per month
