We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and support our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives using ServiceNow Risk or TPRM modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in risk frameworks, vendor risk assessments, and ServiceNow configuration, and will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our TPRM program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow TPRM/Risk modules.
• Define and implement third-party risk processes, workflows, and controls.
• Conduct complex risk assessments and due diligence for high-risk vendors.
• Develop and maintain risk scoring methodologies and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including InfoSec, Procurement, and Legal.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on risk best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in TPRM, IT Risk, or GRC roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Risk or TPRM modules.
• Deep understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SIG).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certification preferred.
