Job Description

As a Total Rewards Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your role will involve a deeper understanding of Compensation & Benefits and leveraging your expertise to solve specific problems in this area. You will also be required to design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonuses/incentives, maintaining salary and job tables, and managing employee stock purchase plans. Qualifications: - Any Graduation - 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Key Responsibilities: - Improve workforce performance and productivity - Boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs - Train and develop team's functional knowledge - Administer satisfaction surveys and provide general support to client employees - Design processes for salary adjustments, bonuses/incentives, and employee stock purchase plans What We Are Looking For: - Written and verbal communication skills - Client interfacing skills (email & phone) - Critical thinking and problem management - Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits management and Performance management processes - Strong MS Office and Excel skills - Proficiency in written and verbal English language - Interpersonal skills and customer orientation - Resilience and ability to work under pressure - Good organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - High levels of confidentiality and attention to detail - Ability to deal with customer complaints professionally - Basic leadership and coaching skills - Teamwork, collaboration, and self-driven attitude - Flexibility to work in shifts - Results/target oriented and multi-cultural awareness Roles and Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems - Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors - Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management - Given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks - Decisions impact your own work and may impact others - Individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work - Work in rotational shifts may be required - Perform root cause analysis and propose process improvement ideas - Participate in knowledge transfer and various internal or client initiatives - Support team lead/manager with daily stats/reporting - Complete training need analysis for the team and create effective QC & Audit mechanism within the process Please note that this role requires you to work in rotational shifts and participate in team building activities.,
