This role is responsible for focal Point or annual merit cycle, Offer Process / Pay Recommendations (Internal & External), salary benchmarking / exercise with the multiple market vendors for submission and market pricing of the data.
Understands basic concepts of Total Rewards such as Differentiated Merit, Adjustment to minimum and Lumpsum. Data management understanding as well as good in excel. Should be able to mid-year cycles, systems set up & configuration testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution for AMESA or APAC Sectors countries. Partner in development of merit & IC ranges and budgets. Administer LTI & Pay Equity activities and job evaluations would be an added advantage
