Role Overview: As a Total Rewards Analyst at Accenture, your main responsibility will be to design and manage bonus plans, including determining factors like performance, funding curves, governance, and implementation. Your role is crucial in improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure the success of the company's compensation and benefits strategies.
