As an Associate Director in Total Rewards at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing the Total Rewards portfolio for specific businesses in GDS India. Your responsibilities include supporting the Annual Reward cycle, budgeting, benchmarking, and implementing benefits frameworks tailored to the cultural nuances of GDS. You will collaborate closely with client-facing HR colleagues and business line management to address compensation issues and advocate for GDN India's total compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may lead Global solutioning projects to drive strategic compensation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all compensation activities throughout the lifecycle, including benchmarking, budgeting, and bonus cycles. - Build and leverage networks for market intelligence sources. - Collaborate with HR colleagues and business clients to address compensation and benefit-related matters. - Conduct ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness, and trends. - Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to evaluate the company's competitive market position. - Proactively seek strategic compensation solutions and assess their impact on budgets, processes, and technology. - Facilitate focus group discussions to gather insights on benefits policies. - Utilize technology to streamline benefit programs and assist in change management processes. Skills And Attributes For Success: - Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment. - Able to develop scalable solutions tailored to diverse businesses. - Extensive knowledge of industry-wide Total Rewards programs. - Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills. - Effective communication and relationship management skills in a matrix organization. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and research. - Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for internal presentations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, preferably Postgraduate. - 12-16 years of experience in a similar field.
