The Successful Applicant - An experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with 6-11 years in designing and managing reward programs, particularly for product or technology teams. - They will have strong regional expertise across MEA and APAC, proficiency in benchmarking tools, excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a cross-cultural, matrixed environment.
