Manage the Corporate Travel program ensuring Travel services not disrupted for employee travel This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, Travel vendors, and event management teams to deliver seamless, cost-effective, and impactful corporate events & travel services Develop and implement MICE/Corporate Travel strategies aligned with the company’s business goals Collaborate with leadership, admins, HR's, procurement, marketing, sales verticals to understand event/travel requirements Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and travel safety guidelines. Responsible for analyzing corporate travel data, optimizing expenses, ensuring policy compliance, and providing strategic insights for cost-effective travel management. Regular audits and reconciliation Job Title TL_Events_Travel &Expence_GCC Job Description As a Manager for the Events, Travel & Expense department in the GCC region, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and management, including identifying potential business opportunities, negotiating contracts, planning details, and managing budgets. You will also be responsible for managing the company's travel and expense policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. Principal Accountabilities Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and brand image. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions. Manage the company's travel and expense policies and procedures, ensuring they are adhered to and are cost-effective. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Lead and guide the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Ensure all events, travel, and expenses are compliant with company policies and legal regulations. Monitor event activities to ensure the satisfaction of participants and the resolution of any problems that arise. Prepare budgets and ensure expenses are managed within those budgets. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of events and travel arrangements. Provide regular reports to senior management on event outcomes, travel expenses, and vendor performance. Continuously improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
