Achieve monthly sales targets across Agra and nearby territories
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, local partnerships, and customer accounts
Guide field executives on lead generation, conversion, and CRM updates
Monitor sales funnel and push deals through various sales stages
Ensure strong relationship management and regular client engagement
Handle day-to-day operations including stock movement, dispatches, and customer deliveries
Liaise with central logistics, inventory, and service teams to ensure seamless execution
Monitor on-ground SOP adherence (invoicing, documentation, cash handling)
Resolve operational delays or escalations swiftly and proactively
Lead a team of 3–6 field executives (sales + ops) in the Agra region
Conduct regular performance reviews, on-field support, and upskilling sessions
Drive accountability, ownership, and positive team culture
Plan and manage daily team workflows, routes, and task assignments
Share daily/weekly sales and ops performance updates
Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective measures
Report critical metrics and feedback to the Sales & Ops Manager
Field sales or operations experience in fast-moving sectors (FMCG, e-comm, logistics, EV)
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Basic Excel/Google Sheets
Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field
MBA/PGDM is a plus, but not mandatory
