Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Title Closing Desk Specialist to join our team at KG Invicta Services (KGiS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the closing of titles for various projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of title closing processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the title closing process.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to title closing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of title closing principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
