Campaign Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage user communication campaigns using tools such as CleverTap,

MoEngage, or similar platforms

• Set up and monitor campaigns across channels including Push Notifications (PN), In-

App, SMS, WhatsApp (WA), and IVRS

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign launches and updates
• Perform basic campaign checks to ensure correct targeting, content, and scheduling
• Track and share basic campaign performance metrics (sent, delivered, clicks,

conversions, etc.)

• Maintain campaign trackers and documentation
• Support troubleshooting for campaign-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing campaigns on CleverTap, MoEngage,Salesforce or

similar tools

• Basic understanding of communication channels: PN, In-App, SMS, WhatsApp, and

IVRS

• Basic knowledge of campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills
