Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager/Head in the broking industry, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales performance within the assigned region. Your role will involve leading a high-performing sales team by leveraging your expertise in financial markets, client acquisition, and channel development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure high performance standards and goal achievement. - Develop strategies for acquiring retail and HNI clients, increasing Assets Under Management (AUM), and maintaining high client satisfaction levels. - Onboard and activate sub-brokers, channel partners, and franchisees to enhance partner productivity and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations. - Achieve regional revenue targets, analyze sales performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective sales strategies. - Monitor client transactions for compliance, support audits, and contribute to market analysis and strategic planning for regional growth. - Provide timely reports on sales performance, utilize CRM tools for tracking activities, and present insights based on regional data analysis. Qualification Required: - Minimum 12 to 15 years of sales experience in the financial industry. - Strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of market trends.
