As our new
Time and Attendance Coordinator
, you are responsible for supporting day-to-day timekeeping, attendance records, reviewing/verifying data to produce timekeeping files for payroll vendors, configuring, customization, and maintenance of the timekeeping system to align with company policies and procedures, Monitor and audit timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls for audit trail integrity.
- This role requires working 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST (US Business Hours) with flexibility.
- This is a remote opportunity, but the ideal candidates should reside within Noida/Greater Noida/Delhi location.
What you will be doing:
- Review timecard punches, schedule approved time off, update unexpected lost time, update schedules, code and track Disability and FMLA(The Family and Medical Leave Act).
- Partner with McGraw Hill Payroll team to produce and maintain biweekly time file for all non-exempt employees (includes timestamp and non-timestamp McGraw Hill employees) Ensure a successful feed to the McGraw Hill payroll system (Workday) and troubleshoot if needed.
- Configure, modify, test and update timekeeping system set up (access profiles, accruals, attendance set up, common set up, pay policies, pay codes, organizational set up, display preferences, and scheduler set up).
- Collaborate with Human Resources, payroll and business units to gather and analyze requirements, recommend best practices for business process improvements.
- Provide evidence of audit trail for timecard approvals and proficient in system organization controls (SOC) Reports and Bridge Letters to verify compliance.
You should apply if:
- 4+ years of time keeping administrative knowledge.
- Usage of the timekeeping application/tool for opening/escalating/tracking
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail skills.
- You have strong problem-solving abilities; work independently to identify, maintain confidentiality and resolve problems accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
