Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Ticketing Officer based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Ticketing Officer will handle customer inquiries, process ticket reservations and sales, and assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and special travel requests. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Ticket Sales and Reservations management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients effectively
• Sales skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to handle booking inquiries and issues
• Proficiency in relevant ticketing systems and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the travel or ticketing industry is highly desirable
