Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Officer, based in Chennai. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing ticket sales, processing reservations, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient ticketing operations. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, handle booking inquiries, and support sales-related activities to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
