The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing ticket sales, processing reservations, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient ticketing operations. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, handle booking inquiries, and support sales-related activities to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Sales ability and a goal-oriented approach Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ticketing systems Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel and tourism or related field is a plus
